Job tickets, photo-evidence capture, signed completion forms, and parts inventory — all functioning fully offline. The dispatcher's web console syncs whenever a tech regains signal.
Designed with thick-glove ergonomics in mind: bigger tap targets, fewer screens, very little typing.
