About this project
Each vendor manages their own products, orders, payouts, and customer messages — but the platform handles checkout, payments, taxes, shipping rules, and analytics centrally.
Designed the multi-vendor data model, the order-splitting and payout pipeline, and the vendor admin. Optimised for a couple of thousand SKUs with zero ops overhead per vendor.
